ACE: An Introduction for Schools

TAISI Pre-conference - Goa, India
Despite reform efforts education remains largely de-personalized, is often confused with high stakes testing, and does not equip learners with the understandings, dispositions, values, competencies, and skills they need to deal with the global challenges of our times. Schools may have improved as a result of current models of accreditation, but they have not changed much in purpose, orientation, or design.
Enter ACE Learning, NEASC’s groundbreaking accreditation protocol, which aims to change the educational paradigm by taking a fundamentally different approach to accreditation.
This hands-on workshop is designed to:
- introduce you to the ACE conceptual framework and
- provide you with first-hand, interactive experience of what it means for a school to engage with ACE – and where this journey may take you.
